ID help please

[Panicked Reefer]

This appears as a green sludge/slime. Mainly on my sand but is on my rocks also. I can not vacuum it out. When I go to vac it, it's too heavy and sinks. It also appears to recede over night and return late in the day. I'm thinking cyano but am not positive. I am getting over a dino outbreak. Could it be related to that? Any help would be appreciated.

Appears to be cyano which is not uncommon after Dino
Continue low lighting and add 1.5ml of peroxide per 10 gallons during the night

+1 on cyano. Nutrient rich environment and lots of light are normally the cause. A conch should help keep the sand bed nice a tightly.
