ID help & treatment please

This stuff literally popped up in a matter of hours. When I left for work in the morning it wasn't there when I got home 8 goes later it was. It only seems to be on the rocks.

I'm an ultra beanie so I'm not sure what info you need to help ID and recommended treatment. I'll tell you what I do know.

• 150g running since June '18 only 1 fish, added in November. Added snails in December
• We relocated the tank (about 25 feet) on January 26
• At this point all snails have died
• I started feeling mysis shrimp on Feb 13

I feel like the dead snails and mysis shrimp maybe have something to do with it?

The story on the rocks...

They have all been in the aquarium since June but before that they were in the garage in dry storage for for about 5 years.

Before they went in the DT we soaked them in saltwater with a power head for about a week.
