ID help. What are these

Saw these on the corner walls of my tank and now I see them on my snails shells. What are these things and should I remove them?

I have not seen them move.

I have nerite, cerith, astrea and nassarius

I have never been successful at seeing the young emerge. Hopefully you'll get lucky.

i heard its hard for snails to hatch in aquariums. It would be cool if they did so i dont have to restock on any lol. thanks everyone
