ID help,white with tentacles

Hi. Got some bad pics here but hoping someone can id for me. Subjects are white, almost look like built up sand. Have feeders(long tentacles) reaching out. This is pictures of two different subjects. Largest one is about size of a pencil eraser. Appreciate any help!

After looking at some pics online I am 99% sure it is spionid worms. I broke down my DT around October and just recently got it set back up after my move. I currently have everything in quarantine tanks before putting in DT. I have a coral QT and these pics are from that. All that to ask.... no concern if these guys make their way in my DT?
