ID help with growths

Need help identifying cottonlike growths and also aiptasia on my hammer? its growing in a tube attatched to the trunk of my hammer and sucks back into the tube instantly if disturbed

First pics are sponges, nothing to worry about as long as the corals aren’t irritated, which they don’t appear to be.
On the hammer is a feather duster worm, which is beneficial to systems.

As for aptasia vs duster, the shooting into the tube instantly is usually a dead giveaway. Aptasia takes a bit slower to close, not to mention is typically red/brown, rounder, and uglier.
