Just came back from a 2 week vacation. Noticed these two things. On sand what I thought were diatoms now I am second guessing myself as I see these hairs. And this morning before lights on noticed these bubbles. Does this mean Dinos?

Kh 9
Ph 8.2
Magnesium 1260
Calcium 440
