A few months ago I buy a coral that had some white hair thing on the base I cut and trow away but some pass to my live rock but no big of a problem today when I do some maintenance in mi sump I saw this

Does any one now what this is?

Thanks for the info, it was very helpful, the specific specie is Spiculosiphon Oceana, I think for what I could find on the web.

Thanks for the info but I only have a 80g tank is too short for him, I think that is a beautiful fish but not in my current setup
Now I know one of the reasons for my crystal clear water
