Looking for help ID help/ cause/ and how to treat. Looks like long strands of hair, with bubbles attached. Thanks in advance

Looks like Cyanobacteria. Comes from new tank set up, lighting fluctuations, nitrates and other dissolved organics or nutrients and low water flow/ dead space areas.
Treatment would be to do water changes, increase water flow, reduce feeding, incorporate carbon or other suitable filter media, and let nature take its course.
