Found this guy on my mushroom colony tonight. It was about 1/4 inch in size, reddish/pink in color and appeared to have small antennae. Also definitely didn't like the light being shined on it. Anyone have an idea of what it might be? Promptly picked it off with some tweezers either way.

Looks like a limpet, if so they are harmless and good to have.
