New to the hobby, tank has been running, for 2 months now. And I have this growing on one rock and one power head. All other rocks and substrate are free and clear of this stuff. It grew in 1-2 days. I attached a video, but it wont play on the thread youll have to press the three dots at the bottom right of the video and download it. Then it will work

It’s a tossup between diatoms and dinoflagellates. With a relatively new tank I would lean towards diatoms but they tend to accumulate on the sand bed which in your case looks clear Any other pics to compare. This is where a microscope is helpful
 
beginning of dino. Reduce white light intensity, discontinue feeding coral food to corals and apply a little bacteria during the day and 1 ml of peroxide per 10 gallons at night. Blow it away loose right now with a turkey baster and net the lose particles and discard.
