Hi all,
I have had this growing in the tank for a while now, came in on my live rock. Trying to figure out what it is. Just over the last month or so we are finding dozens of these.

Thanks!

agree ,sorry to hear you have a lot of them, :( tell us about your tank, size, age, looks like bare bottom, livestock, see the best options for eliminating:)

Not a Coral, Aiptasia that is very large!
dang, that’s what I was afraid of!
I have a 20gallon AIO. 2 clownfish, 1 blenny, 1 fire fish, 1 Jawfish. 2 emerald crabs, 1 pistol shrimp & 1 cleaner shrimp.

i have used aiptasit x in the past- which I know works. I have considered getting the wand to handle it all. But I’m thinking it keeps coming back because of the giant one.

I was going to see if a peppermint shrimp could take care of it but my LFS doesn’t have any.

hi matted file fish, will do the job for you, depending on what corals you have, some like zoas/soft corals,i'd say 75% chance you get one that does not,but 25% might, are easy to catch and remove if problem ;)

True, I have one on my larger tank but he is too big to put in the small tank. Could be why I have never had an issue in that tank...hmm

how big is it? easy to catch .big will get job done fast;)
