Thanks, I was able to dislodge it gently and siphon out of the tank.
Man I have this thing (tank) for over a year and it keeps surprising me (especially because I didn't have any "additions" for approx 4 months)

They are full or spores and if they pop they grow more. Easy to remove if you only have a few.
You can use" Vibrant Aquarium Cleaner for Marine" to get rid of your GHA. Dose 1ml for every 10gal once a week till the tank is clean. then every two weeks for a month.
