Hi all. Just emptied my qt after a cupramine treatment of 0.5ppm. These little white dots are visible on bits from the qt after everything has dried. Is this just normal marine bits and bobs or is it encysted ws or flukes?

I can’t say - not enlarged enough to see structure. Drying kills almost all fish parasites, so I wouldn’t worry about them.

Hi @Jay Hemdal this was on the qt equipment noticed after i transferred. I dont think you would see ws in swimming or encysted form with the naked eye would you. They will be treated for flukes and worms in the tank they were moved into now anyway. Just wandered if it looked parasitic or something else. Not seen any flashing or scratching on these fish
