What is this? I look at my tank daily and have never noticed it, but now it seems like it’s everywhere. It seems to have tiny tentacles but not like the aiptasia pics I’ve seen. Any help appreciated

Those appear to be pineapple sponges - typically a sign your tank is progressing. They're not bad unless and typically will move to darker areas. Mine tended to populate the sump.

In the middle of the picture? On the lower shaded part of the rock? Id say aptasia

+1. These belong to the Sycon genus of calcareous sponges.
