that is a zoanthid spider if you go to zoaid they have some pics and info on them, if you have not put this frag in your tank i would definately do a freshwater dip on it to kill them i usually also dip in tropic marin pro coral cure good luck with those ive never seen one in person
i always use rodi the same temp as tank, leave it in the water about two to three minutes and swish it around every 30 seconds.
its not uncommon to have pests come on new corals i would get some info on dipping all types of coral and always dip everything before you put anything in your tank no matter how reputable the person is you got it from.

dipped the frag and put in display,didnt want to but did
now I keep lookin for those lil pests kinda scary huh!

no problem man, if you didnt already have them in display you shouldnt have a problem, freshwater takes care of most everything. good luck
