ID in torch please

Today I noticed something in my torch.... almost looks like aiptasia but seemed moving fast, almost as if it was quickly grabbing food. Also noticed there was brown stringy stuff being expelled which I sucked out with turkey baster.

Torch poop, totally normal :) my two torches do it at least once a week from what I have noticed.
 
The hitchhiker is a flower/tube/feather duster worm, also totally normal to have in a reef aquarium :)

Edit: It's not a worm. I'm off today, see @KJ 's post below, he's the man with this sort of stuff.

Just a heads on the skunk shrimp. It may go after food through the corals mouth. They can become food aggressive. Very nice looking coral
