hard to tell from that pic but if its anything like my live rock hitchikers, they are brittle star fish and what you are seeing are their tentacles peeking out of the rocks

Thanks i have seen that but the anemone didn't look the same to me mine is clear not brown so was not sure if it was the same thing.

the worm in my last pic looks kind of like the polychaete (chaetopterid worm) they have pictured they are building little tubes out of the substrate.
