hey guys I found these tonight after I transferred everything into my 90...everything has been in a 100g rubbermaid for about a month.

fish:
a mated pair of clowns
2 green chromis
and a med hippo tang

any Idea what they are or maybe? they are about 1/2 the size of a marbel. that is the best way I can describe them. The color is very very close to true color.

i wouldnt think they are clown eggs becuase the clown eggs seem smaller and longer rather than rounder. maybe they could be chromis eggs. i couldnt find a good pic on the net of them. do you have anything else in the rubbermaid? like clean up crew species?

if you wanna keep them but not have them all in the tank you can buy one of the fish breeder net things. cheap like 6 bucks. it hangs over the side of the tank and is a mesh bag of sorts over a plastic square frame. works great for things you wanna keep an eye on..... also if they happen to be fish babies then when they hatch they will already be in the breeder net for you to try to raise them.

I have some pics of the egg masses from a large damsel in St. Maarten, but you can't make them out very well in the pics. Aside from the fact that they were bright purple, they looked somewhat similar to clown eggs. No clue what those are, though.

I was gonna start a new thread and see if anyone has a guess and then I will tell you later tonight.

sleeper....you wanna guess??? hint it has nothing to do with a sw tank.
