looking to get an id on this algae. I thought it was diatoms at first but became to thick. Have tried chemiclean and vibrant.
it started turning black after the chemiclean treatment.
No bubbles or streamers. Limited to sandbed.
nutrients are high. I’m working on that. I’m carbon dosing and using automatic water change - 70g a week.
Last check
NO3 was between 5-10ppm
PO4 was .6ppm
265g, up for about 7-8 months now
