Yea those are good. the vermetid is not it spreads fast .not dangerous just messy nuisance.

I also see two things. A sponge/tunicate and chaetopterid/spionid.

Well the bottom part seems to be an upside down pineapple sponge. The red arrows are pointing to the "top of the pineapple". The white sponge seems to be encrusting around a hole of some sort. You can tell the whiteness goes around the hole on the right and then on up.
Does anyone else see a face looking back at them? Left side about half way up.

Yes! A tiny little face that appears to be judging me.
I just noticed about 50 or more pineapple sponges in the sump on my little AIO IM fusion tank. They're practically lining the walls back there
. Not sure how I feel about it but it might be why my nitrates have started reading close to zero.
