ID needed

I was wondering if someone could tell me I have these White Cotton like Masses on a Rock then I got my anyone on seemed to move around very slowly because I found them on my of the rock I'd like to know if someone could ID them and if I should find them and get rid of them or if they're okay

I think you're missing the picture (or my computer is waaaaay slow in downloading it). White cotton masses sounds like sponges... could even be pineapple sponges.

Just from the description, it does sound like some sort of sponge. I second Lionfish Lair, I have a few pineapple sponges in my tank, never seem to do any harm. From what I have been told they just filter the water.
