Looks like harmless sponge growth to me.

They have finger like things coming out top of em sorry but I'm new to the reef community and there are no pet store or anything within a 100 miles of me that deal with saltwater

On closer examination, it's Serpula, a harmless feather duster. See good you questioned the ID because I was wrong.
