I'm not sure where to post this so here it goes...anyone know what these white things are? CA is quite high at 510, I have 3 Nerite snails and a lot of Red Banded Trochius. Reel Reef Rock was shipped overnight from a baby clownfish tank. I had a pod explosion a few weeks back, now I'mgaining these white dots, any ideas? Also in the first picture it shows the rock turning darker with some other spots, behind the purple. Is this characteristic of this rock?

Dots look like Nerite eggs.

This is why I don't have 2 of the same snails in my tanks, I hate seeing their eggs.
It looks unsightly and baby snails scratch the glass when cleaned.

Stomatellas don't count though
:D

Well, there are only three Nerites left, crazy looking shells and they're good workers fitting into the smaller spaces of rock. Red Banded Trochius, very good workers and they right themselves when turned over. I've had baby Trochius and I never scratched my glass. They seem to keep off the glass during light hours, I don't clean it late when lights are dimming.
