ID - new growth or snagged trash

I cant decide - day 2 and 'IT' is still in the same place. Video isn't great due to zoom. It is ~ 1/4 inch long (guess).

The video isn’t very clear so it is hard to make a good ID. My guesses would be a pineapple sponge (Sycon sp.) or possibly some kind of anemone (not Aiptasia).
