ID of this spot on Clownfish

Was rushing out the door for work, noticed this spot on my clown this morning. There is also a spot that seems sort of similar on my anthias, although it isn't as noticeable. Both fish seem fine, aren't flashing or rubbing, and are eating fine. I've had all the fish I have in my tank for a little under a year, every single one was QT'd and treated with copper and Prazipro. I got some of the live rock from the previous owner, and it all sat fallow for 80 days. I also haven't added any new corals...

I know QT isn't fool proof, but I was hoping all that trouble would help me not deal with this What do you think it is? It looks more like a sore than ich.

How about those two white spots on the fins? Are those new or part of its color pattern?

I honestly think that might be something weird with it moving and the camera being slow. I'll re-check when I get back home, but I looked it over pretty thoroughly (at least I felt like I did) and didn't notice any other spots out of the ordinary. ...They definitely look like white spots on its fin though...

well my clown had something like that on the tip of his pelvic fin it got to be quite large i threw in a cleaner shrimp and it went away ....cleaner shrimps eat parasites off fish ...its what they do ...i know alot of people take their fish out and freshwater dip and add copper and additives but i personally believe nature to be the simplest answer

When you QT'd the clown, did you treat with an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally or a formalin product or Metro for Brook?

well my clown had something like that on the tip of his pelvic fin it got to be quite large i threw in a cleaner shrimp and it went away ....cleaner shrimps eat parasites off fish ...its what they do ...i know alot of people take their fish out and freshwater dip and add copper and additives but i personally believe nature to be the simplest answer

This is all assuming its not an internal fish problem

Yes, I did. I need to go look through my meds and see what all I used, but I did a formalin treatment with the clowns.

Great. So that probably eliminates Brook as the source of those spots.

Looking more like an injury with a bit of an infection. The spots then may be a bit of lympho popping up as the fish's immune system is fighting the infection.

If it is an infection, is there anything I need to do to help it heal? Just keep steady parameters?

Generally a fish can handle small injury/infections. Watch the white filmy area for spreading, redness, and or necrosis. If it spreads, if you have Ruby Reef Rally, a 60-90 minute bath would be a gentle treatment.
