ID of tiny white worms with tentacles, please..

Hi Experts,

Started noticing a few of these tiny white worms (about 5mm of body lenght) on the tank glass..

They look harmless.. but, just wanted to find out their ID and to confirm that it ok for them to be in the tank?

They are harmless and look to be Spoinid worms.
