ID on algae

Hi , im struggling to get an id on this algae , seems to be in low light low flow areas ,like under the zoas as i noticed its irritating the zoas . Doing 50L every 2nd week but will be doing 50L a week to see if anything changes , not major but dont like seeing my zoas unhappy . First pic under pink zoas , 3 heads was closed , opened the day afterwards but still

I am unable to identify that algae from the picture
Maybe someone has an idea

Are the zoas being exposed to sunlight by any chance? And if not is there algae build up anywhere else besides on the zoas? For instance like rock, glass, equip. Etc...
 
It looks kind of like Cyanobacteria IMO. Does it comes off the zoas/rock with ease?
 
I agree that it looks like cyano or possibly some awful Zoa malady.I would recommend a quick dip as well using a like the product Revive.
 
I did blow some off with the power head so might be cyano , tank is not in direct sunlight but have seen this in low flow with low light spots
