ID on isopods/Pest

Find these under all the frag plugs and rocks. They swim, and do large flips and run along the rocks. Are they pests and I found iodine does not kill them or fresh water

Looks like they could be isopods. Anyway you can get a closer macro picture?
 
Ill say isopod. Most people do like them in their tank as a scavenger for detritus

That looks like what was on my clownfish !!! Check out the sea lice post, burn them with fire.

I put my Wrasse in or look at a mandarin, they will clear them up fast.
