Can anyone give me an idea what these red stingy things are?

Can anyone give me an idea what these red stingy things are?
And if I need to worry about them?

It’s hard to tell from the pic but Looks to be Aptasia. There are several fish that can help. File fish, copper banded butterfly. I got a long nose to help but he doesn’t seem too interested in aptasia but is a beautiful fish. I’ve been using Aptasia-x as a spot treatment but so far it’s like playing a raucous game of whack-O-mole.

Hard to tell but by the looks and how irritated the zoas they’re probably aiptasia
