ID on sand covered worm

Discovered a sand covered worm on the sand bed that looks like it is coming out of a sand covered tube. Couldn't get a good pic of it. Don't even know how to search it because I can't describe it.

There’s a worm that builds a tube out of sand then sticks out tentacle to eat it’s harmless forget the name

Ye it’s that lol they just look kinda weird but harmless , some fish will eat them I had a long nose butterfly fish that ate all of mine and the feather dusters

I just got a orange spotted goby and he is a sand cleaning fool! Hopefully he will find it and eat it!!
