ID on these odd white dots?

Noticed these white dots popping up on my rocks recently:

I scraped one off yesterday with my metal tongs and it took little effort. It was soft on the top too. Are these something I should be concerned with? Tank is ~8 months old, all params are normal, and all livestock (fish,sps,lps,softies) seem to be fine. Thanks!

really? its like a snail breeding fest in my tank then. not only do I have these things plastered all over, I have ceriths eggs and stomatellas spraying their eggs every other day! Thanks for the ID toxic

If they are sort of flat and not perfect circles, I get tons of those everywhere (glass rocks frag plugs), they seem to stay in place for a long time. I don't know what they are but they don't seem to bother anything, just sit there. lf they are snail eggs they take forever to hatch.

They are nail eggs I have a ton. Did some reading on them when I was interested in trying to hatch them and it said they can take anywhere from 2weeks to 6 months to hatch

Well that explains why I have an infinite number of tiny to small white snails all of the time, I am glad I looked at this thread because I was wondering what they are myself...just never questioned it because they don't bother anything.
