Id on this algae and is it bad

It looks red and it is growing fast tank is 7 months old low phosphates and nitrates also I noticed a fuzzy white hair growing on some rocks I’ve been blowing it off and seems to be going away thanks for your help!

Thanks I thought cyano you could scrap off I used my coral feeder and it won’t scrap no matter how hard I push it’s weird

Your tank is still cycling, if the cycno gets out of control, I have found that carbon dosing work well until one gets things balanced out in their system.
