It's hard to tell from the pic, could be aiptasia or hydroids, but I would be more concerned about the cyano and algae in your tank. Looks like there are a few issues going on?

Yeah I got a severe outbreak of red turf algae and now cyano on top of that because I started using Carbon to remove leather toxins

GAC wouldn't necessarily cause cyano or turf algae. Good flow and a nice skimmer will do the trick with removing the castings from leathers and GAC would aid in that process, I'm not sure why it would cause cyano?

Probably a coincidence, but sometimes these things happen. I would probably try chemi-clean, then maybe figure out why this is happening? Look at flow, maintenance, skimmer, food, etc....
I had a recent bout with cyano from an overdose of Selcon, so you're not alone. If you can pull the rock with the turf algae on it, grab a spray bottle of hydrogen peroxide and spray away, let it sit for a few minutes. You may have to repeat if the algae comes back? Female emerald crabs, urchins and turbos are pretty good at turf algae, but there's no guarantee they will eliminate it.
How old is the tank and what are your parameters?
