Id on this damsel!!

Hey fellow reefers, i just setup a new nano tank, its an 8 gallon column, i’ve got a few pounds of dry rock, and its bb, so anyways, right when I finished cycling, i ordered about 1 turbo (full of kinda like red hair algae and coraline), 1 bumblebee, a blue legged hermit and one weird damsel, i supposedly ordered a ytd, but i got a blue one with a black dot in his dorsal fin, and hes like an inch and a half big, any ideas on what species this is? (Im upgrading to a 30 cube so i might tear this tank down or keep it as an invert only reef, only setup this tank as a challenge as im coming back to the hobby after 4 years absent)

It would help if there was a more natural spectrum, non blue, for lighting. If possible.

Its actually my iphones camera, ive got a kingboo full spectrum 18w led from amazon, as well as a 14w ABI tuna blue, let me see if i can get another one!!
