ID on this fish please!!

What is this guy?? Wouldn't slow down for a good pic but he was blue and flashed green and yellow as he turned. About 4 inches long. Was in an anemone and clownfish tank at the downtown aquarium.

A blue reef chromis maybe?
 
That looks like an Allen's damselfish, also called the Neon damsel, Pomacentrus alleni. It's one of the better-tempered damsels, and a group in a decent-sized tank can make a charming display.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but with you mentioning that it flashed different colors, could it be a flashing tilefish?

Tile fish have a much more elongated body than the fish in the picture which is definitely an allens damsel, although you can only really make out a little yellow in the first picture.
