ID on this flower-like growth

Any idea what this is? It's growing on a piece of rock in my fuge. It has a green stem with a white, flower-like head.

I googled that, and it does look very similar! I couldn't find a picture of a type with a white head, though. All of the types I googled were green.

Huge props to @Crabs McJones on identifying this. After his suggestion, I researched a bit more and found it is indeed Mermaid's Cup Algae, specifically a type called Tea Cup Mermaid's Algae.
