ID on this worm and any help to eradicate it?

These worms have been infesting a couple of my systems and are starting to cause major coral damage. They collect detritus around the tube they create and inhibit coral growth. Below are some pictures. Any advice on eradication would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

I don`t have personal experience with this worm , and I haven`t heard anyone complaining about much!
