ID on this worm please

Found this tonight sticking out of a rock. It was bobbing around and looked like a dead earthworm or bendy straw.
This is a tank that has been fallow for 14 months but has a a few turbo snails as well as pests Astria and vermited snails.

pulled it out of the rock with tweezers and it appeared dead already. Had a gray green color and looks segmented. Alsothe end that came out of the rock looks torn as if I didn’t get all of it. Not sure if it was swollen from being dead or if it was really this big living in a rock. This was dead dry brs rock 5 years ago.

Just odd I couldnt identify head from tail or if I ripped it. I added two other photos from before I grabbed it. I think it was dead already as it didn’t move at all during extraction

It's not a bobbit worm. It looks like it could be in the 'family' Lumbrineridae.
