I have things that look like these under one of my rocks, the "stems" and "ball tips" are completely clear. There is no center, they are each individual stems. I can't get a better photo because they are too far away for me to get a good image, what could they be?

Under a rock? without a real picture my wild guess would be some variety of sponge.

Does it move? Is it possible to give it the poke test? Never ever administer the poke test with your finger if you don't know what it is. There are all kinds of critters in this hobby that are not good for touching.

Ball anemone or hydroids of some type perhaps

I believe it’s hydroids too. I have looked all around the tank and most reside in the rock crevices. Know of any methods to remove them? I read they go away on their own but then I get mixed answers saying I’ll never get rid of them and bad for my tank.
