Can someone help me ID THOSE LITTLE BUGS !! Good or bad ?

Isopods (good) and a couple of little flatworms (neutral to bad)

Red circle is flat worms. Black circle I have no idea if its a asterina starfish
The rest are all pods. No need to worry about the pods.
