ID on white lesion

Hi,
Just noticed this on my large female Saddleback. She is acting normal and eating. It does not look like Brook, Ich or Velvet to me. I do have an emerald crab in the tank that I suppose could have taken a swipe at her?

She won't let me net her to isolate her unless I were to tear the tank down.

75 gallon display, 20 gallon sump with refugium.
Nitrates: 5
Calc: 440
Alk: 9.5
SG 1.025
Tank is about 3 years old, she was the first fish in the tank along with her smaller counterpart.

I have metro, focus and kannaplex on hand so I can medicate food.

All other fish in the tank are looking and acting normal. Newest addition to the tank is a small Kole Tang that I QTd for 4 weeks, before that there has been zero new additions for over a year except for frags.

What is this, what do I do?

I would keep a close eye on it. You could also do a 90 minute acriflavine bath (Ruby Reef Rally). This is an antiseptic to help treat open wounds.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately she will not allow me to catch her, I'd need to tear the whole thing down. I would do that if it became a systemic issue and other fish showed symptoms but it's not in the cards at the moment. Should I just spot feed her metro+focus infused food? Or Kannaplex?

If she’s not possible to catch then I would just keep a close eye on her and feed a good diet. Adding selcon to the food as well will help boost immune system.
