Id?? organism?? hammer coral

Hi somebody know the name of this organism that live in the bone of the hammer coral and if its safe?

It's either a feather duster or bristle cage worm.

If they move in and out then it's probably a barnacle. I had a couple in a torch colony. Was one of my fav pieces just because how cool they are. Oh and yes totally harmless.

Barnacle is my first guess as well.

Barnacle harmless usually don't get enough food though and eventually die, hammer will just grow over the skeleton
