First picture looks like a feather duster they are good for your tank. Second picture looks like a majano anemone and third picture looks like aptaisia you should get rid of them with some aptaisia X.

You are correct the first one is good the other two need to be taken care of and removed. If you can take the rocks out that is best then replace in the tank.
