I'd please and help with Damage?

I picked this up from gumtree the guy did not know what it was can someone please I'd for me, where to place it, I'm running Hydra 26HD Lights depth of tank is 29 inches, I have a couple of Tangs, and clown fish, will it be ok, I have also noticed what looks like quite a lot of damage, any help on this as well please ( I think its my week, for taking in the sick, my Blur face Angle has turned up poorly as well )

Just give it time did you dip it?

Yes i dipped it, but you can see some of the skeleton on side, and there seen to be a chunk taken out from the centre

As long as you dipped and tank is stable it should recover. Watch it if it starts to get a brown jelly on it do a 50%tank water and 50% peroxide bath for 1 minute no longer.
