The coloration has been fading and the whitish area is more noticeable. Also has been scratching against the rocks quite a bit. Is this ich or some thing else. And how do I cure it. Tia

Sorry, this one slipped through the cracks on me! How is the sweet lips doing? If it is breathing heavy/fast it is probably velvet. If it is still eating, then it is more likely ich.
This looks like a long term captive, what is the history here? Do you have the ability to treat with copper?

So yes she is eating fine. Lot if scratching. And I am in the process of moving everyone out for copper treatment. And to go fallow for the 6 weeks. A fully stocked 240g reef is not easy catching everyone. Have move most coral to one side and removed most rock without coral.. But still not going so well catching every one.

Update Everyone is in h/t finally, took a while to get the neon dottyback. The ich finally slowed him down to where I could catch him. Unfortunately he got it pretty bad being the only fish left behind. Most of the fish have been in h/t since Sunday. For the most part they are looking better, almost all the spots are off the fish. One casualty so far a mandarin goby. Like I said though the dottyback is in pretty bad shape also, time will tell. The sweetlips has actually improved alot. I think the road to recovery is looking good. Most of the fish are eating, a few are still being reluctant in their new environment.
