ID please, encrusting coral

ID please.
I purchased a rock with a bunch of polyps a while ago. The polyps were growing over an encrusted rock. The visible encrusting coral is very bright green (neon) with even brighter neon green dots. I was told it could be hulk Lepto but I have a jack o lantern Lepto and the other lepto don't have bright dots. Any ideas what it is? I'm ready to rip the rock out and frag the encrusting coral.

It does not look anything like a hulk or jack-o-lantern leptoseris to me. If you adjust white balance on pictures it may give us a much better chance of identifying it though it hard to tell on those pictures.
