most likely, I cant see what it is for sure but I'd get it out. Most are bad, and i'd imagine any hungry crab would eat a berghia.

Is there are method to catch it because its so hard to get it out by hand he is so fast

You could make a trap out of a bottle depending on how big it is and put some fish food in it, shouldn't take long for it to come get the food.
