hard to tell.. maybe a ball nem.. or possibly sn LPS.. doesn't look like anything bad.. let it grow and see what happens.
if it's a ball anemone, it won't get much bigger than it is now, but they feed at night, so look for tentacles at night.. and if it's a ball, it's basically harmless and they don't spread very fast at all.

Ball Nems are harmless, so don't worry about it killing anything. They are in the Mushroom class.

Oh we that's kinda cool... should I if that is what it is just get rid of it to be on the safe side or just welcome it... and do you think that is what it is... also that slit keeps changing and was open at one point

for reference, here is my ball anemone:
when it pops off baby ones it looks just lke your picture.. but I could also see that being a baby LPS of some sort.
whatever it is, I highly doubt it's going to move around on you.. just keep an eye on it and maybe a month from now it'll have more detail so we can give a better ID. it could very easily be a baby head of chalice or acan or whatever.. does it look like it has a skeleton to you?

Yea, it looks like some kind of Nem, but can't figure out what kind with it all shrunk up.

No that part is squished on the glass and the back side it against a rock so idk which part is attached to what and it's half under the sand too
If its a nem, it will move iteslf out of that spot.

Well idk cuz I dip everything and I started with brs dry refresher rock... the first time I saw it it wasn't anywhere near my new corals I got recently and it's about the size of an eraser head, has a mouth and those tentacle things and the bottom is a smooth half sphere shape.. it doesn't really have any color... it only moved about an inch and is on the sand next the my glass atm
