ID please? Friend or Foe?

Hello everyone,

I just found this on the back glass of my tank. I have no idea what it is or if it’s harmful? Sorry not a very clear picture. It looks almost feathery.

It isn’t moving. Up close, it looks like very tiny lines like a feather sketch?
