ID please. Good or bad?

Hi, I was cleaning off some frags and noticed some new little critters swimming around. They resemble rolly pollys. Flat and can roll in half. Just want to figure out what they are and if they are good or bad. Photo is attached and a video at the following..

I dont think a chiton is it.. it's like a small copepod or amphipod. Moves around the water in a similar fashion too
